*UPDATE – 6 Jan 2022* Under COVID-19 Restrictions and as per our Covid Safe Plan, some things need to be enforced:
- do NOT attend if slightly unwell with cough, runny nose, or any other flu-like symptoms
- to ensure we do not exceed maximum numbers in our various venues at one time, bookings for classes and private lessons are absolutely necessary (late cancellations will incur a late fee)
- sign in and out when required for tracing purposes via BDI’s Service NSW QR code (we keep an up-to-date spreadsheet) and students are requested to download the COVID Safe APP for additional tracing purposes
- always wash/sanitise hands immediately before and after attending. Hand sanitiser will be available at venues.
- it is preferred that parents drop off and pickup rather than waiting in venue during class
- bring your own water bottle, towel and come already dressed in your dancewear to reduce risks of transmission
- payment is to be made by direct deposit upon receipt of an invoice
- social distancing is still applicable when possible otherwise so please respect each other’s space
- wearing a mask and gloves is not necessary but is acceptable if you prefer to wear these items and teachers will do so upon request
- limit use of shared toilet facilities whenever possible even though every precaution will be taken to ensure regular cleaning and disinfecting
- a maximum of 2 hrs can be allocated to students wishing to stay back and practice after a private lesson when possible (ie: when studio has not reached its maximum attendance limit)
- partner dancing is allowed however partner rotation will be limited
- Adult classes have been suspended however private lessons for adults are available
- at-risk or compromised dancers should consider doing online lessons or attending at a designated “quiet” time in the studio
