What to Wear

Comfortable casual clothes, trainers (for cardio section), socks or ballet shoes for stretch section

What to Expect

This class combines cardio, core strength development, flexibility exercises and pirouette training over 1 hour, all based on ballet skills and technique. This class is specifically designed for serious dancers.
